Delivery
Due to the current circumstances we will only be dispatching from our warehouses Tuesday – Saturday (orders have to be in before 14:00 GMT+1). This means orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched Tuesday. Currently shipping may take longer than usual. We will however provide tracking information for all parcels.
When importing goods to some countries orders may be subject to customs fees. To find out if this applies to you please seek information from your local government.
*We currently do not ship to: Iran, Venezuela, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
During the Covid-19 pandamic we will continue the shipment of goods. Please make sure you can recieve packages
As all orders are currently shipped from The Netherlands, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.
Within the EU - You don’t have to worry about any additional taxes.USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.
Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.
New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website, click here to go through.
Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to 9 Beaufort, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
All orders placed will be dispatched with a tracking number
Tracking information will be automatically send to your email by our transportation partners. if you cannot find the tracking number in your inbox. please check your spambox first.

Orders
Mistakes can happen. Therefore we offer a 15 minute window where you can apply for changes. To do so reply to the email we have send you to confirm your order. We will do our best to change your order.
- Changing the item or size
- Minor changes to delivery/billing address
After 15-minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process. If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you. Click here
If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received in it's place
- A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo

Returns & Refunds
Currently it's only possible for clients in The Netherlands. However we do require additional shipping charges in some cases.
All items that needs to be exchanged need to be returned to us prior to shipping your new parcel
Depending on the service & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our crew
we aim to process returns and refunds the same day as the goods arriveIf your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
